Add buttons to a chart

Perhaps a start would be to Record a macro, then make as many changes as you would require to see what code is produced for any specific change. Then you could consider a dropdown-selection for items such as colour, font, fontsize, linetype, etc, or a type-in-value option for sizing items as required, or a toggle for two-option choices.

Perhaps a Userform (of choices) might be more useful that a 'button', however you would need some expertise in VB to understand the ramnifications of changing various parameters in a chart, far 'f a r' out of my league.

note, a button takes precedence in the display unless you click on the Chart object, if that helps.
