    Pasting Excel Charts in Powerpoint

    Hello,

I currently use the 2004 Office Suite for Macs. Since upgrading to this new version, I find that when I try to paste my excel chart into my powerpoint chart, only part of my excel charts get pasted.

I've tried pasting as picture and still get the same result. I think it may have something to do with the number of columns/rows excel will let you paste. Can anyone out there advise on how to get around this?

    Thanks,
    Aumarie

Inserting Excel objects in Powerpoint (2004 for Mac)

This assumes that the Excel file contains a chart sheet.

Open Powerpoint, navigate to the slide you want to add the Excel chart to, then do the following:

    1) Select menu 'Insert', then select 'Object'...
    2) Select 'Microsoft Excel Chart' object type, then select 'Create from file'
    radio button...
    3) Navigate to the Excel file that contains the chart you want to insert,
    and click 'Insert'...
    4) Review your file selection, then click OK.

    Hope this helps,
