Scatter Graphs + dynamically increase marker size?

this can be coded, as required.

For your data, set to Record a Macro, then, in the chart, select a data point and increase it's size.

Stop recording and edit the macro to see the code required to adjust the point marker, and set each point according to a cell which contains the count of the number of items relative to the point.
