Hi all
I use a Line Chart to plot values between 1.5 and 4.5 on the X axis
Is it possible to highlight the range 2.5 to 3.0 etc. with a different background colour?
Many thanks

If you click the line on the chart, it selects the whole line, click again and you can format a portion of it.

Many thanks for your reply, but not quite what I was after.
I think your solution was to format the grid data, what I am trying to show is when values fall outside an area on the X axis by highlighting either only the grid lines within a certain range or having the background colour different from the overall.
How about this link?

Once again thanks for your reply.
Have looked at your solution and it would appear to be what I require, though a little difficult, for me, perhaps a ruler might be the quickest in this instance.
Sorry to disappoint, but if your after a ruler

I am far from being disappointed! I was extremely pleased to get your suggestions. I will certainly practice on the link you supplied.
