    Percentage Bar Chart

    Hi

I can't believe I can't work out how to do this but I've had enough of trying so I thought I'd ask others. I have the following figures I want to put in a bar chart:

Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun
    235 235 235 235 235 235
    79 79 79 79 79 79
    33 22 38 35 39 40

    All I want to do is create a 'stacked' bar chart to show these figures as percentages. So for example for January's figures: 235 = 100%, 79 = 33.62% (79 is 33.62% of 235) and 33 = 14.04% (33 is 14.04% of 235)
But which ever way I try the correct percentages aren't displayed on the graph! Please help!

    Thanks

    Hi,

perhaps the attached will help, you may need to set some decimal places on the second range.

Bryan Sir....I used the function Sheet posted by you in reply to original querry.

I am attaching the graph, I plotted by using the function sheet.

    This is about Receivables analysis.

I have tried to capture the position of outstanding receivables at the end of each calender month.

While doing so, I have categorized overdues into three viz. Current dues, dues between 1-30 days and dues beyond 30 days.

I plotted the graph, & mentioned the 100 % amount is at the top of every stacked column bar ( representating calender month ).

The problem is figures of "Current Dues", " 1-30 days dues" and "Dues Past 30 days" are reflected in the stacked column bar in terms of VALUE and not PERCENTAGE

Could you please where I am going wrong.....

    Kind Regards - Jack
