    Change Chart size automatically

I have a list of stores (164 of them) located in six states. Those are listed in a worksheet called "All Stores"... I also have a stacked bar chart, in another worksheet, to show what dates those store will be visited... Call it a Gantt chart if you like... The graph is sized just right to show the stores (Y-axis) and dates (X-axis)

There is a filter button on the "state" column in the "All Stores" worksheet so I can look at the stores in each state individually. When I filter out one state, let's say there are ten stores in that state... the graph stays the same size as it was originally designed and splits the difference of the area down the Y axis, making each area and each bar huge...

Is there a way to automatically adjust the size of the chart or graph or grid (whatever you call it) to reflect the new size required ..?

I have seen the samples where there is a 12 month window that shifts or where more data can be squeezed in the same area... I would like to see it the other way around where the physical dimensions of the chart shrinks or grows depending on tha amount of data that needs to be displayed...

In this case, I'm only concerned about the Y-axis...

    Thanks in advance
