Dynamically changing chart

Hello -

I'm having a very similar problem with charting as this post: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread.php?t=613439

I would like a chart on sheet "IndivChart" to update based on the vendor data from "Count". I am able to name the range for the validation list on "IndivChart", but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what formulas I need to create the chart.

The months need to be the x-axis, the numbers need to be the y-axis, and the vendor name needs to be the title of the chart.

I've attached an example of what I'm trying to do.

Any help is appreciated!
