    line charts with limit coloring

Would someone please help figure out how to do this? I am pretty much new at this and have not been able to find any examples that i can follow.

I have a line chart. It has thousands of data points.
I would like to have the connecting lines and points that are above and below a certain limit show up in a different color than the lines and points within the limits.
For example if the limits were 22 degrees and 19 degrees, any lines and point higher and lower that these limits would be a different color than the lines and points within the parameters.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
