Create a dashboard like chart that is easy to read

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to include all the data from the attached file in 1 chart. The chart I'm getting is very Ugly! How do I represent data structure like that in 1 clean excel chart that is easy to read and not very confusing. I would appreciate your help. Attached is a zipped file containing the data I'm trying to graph. Tks

I'm not sure how you want your chart to look in the end, but judging from your data structure, I will guess that a PivotChart might be the tool you need
