    Exponential Best Fit Line

I am trying to do a line of best fit with some charts and on some charts, it isn't giving me the option to have my line of best fit be exponential. The closest thing I could get to it was polynomial. Does anyone know why this would be or how I can fix it?

    Thanks,
    Will

I don't do charts much, but in Excel 2004, the help system has something about exponential Trendlines. Perhaps that may help. What version are you using?

You can't do exponential trendlines for data that crosses zero. Exponential, logarithmic, and power functions don't do that.
