stacked columns and secondary axis line

I'm trying to create a graph that displays the status of marketing campaigns. There are three types of campaigns formats (DM, Other, Email), and there are two types of campaign status (Active, Inactive). Additionally, each format has a corresponding quantity mailed. Finally, these are displayed in a time series for a three-month running total.

What I would like to see is 9 stacked columns (campaign status and format) and 3 lines graphs (quantity mailed by format).

I've attached what I have so far. The trouble I'm having is connecting the quantity mailed line graph. If you take a look, each line should have only 3 data points (according to three months), and not 9 (since there are 9 columns).

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

This is the output I would like to see (the lines are drawn in by hand now).
