    Automaticaly changing source data

Hi folks, help is badly needed!!!

I have a chart that tracks total profit every day for the next 4 years (starting 01/01/08) and will add an entry most days... and I want to chart it.

I want the date at the bottom, the profit on the side, and a pretty little line going through the middle . The complicated part is that I want the bottom axis to end on whatever today is without having to change the data range manually.
    e.g example 1.JPGand not example 2.JPG

I want the chart to grow as the data does.

I have noticed that a few other people have asked the same question without any response, so the challenge is set. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

If it helps, using the TODAY() feature I have turned the date for days in the future "". Is there anyway to have the excel only chart cells that have a value in it?

Disagree with that. I know I've provided dynamic responses (here's one) and I'm sure there are others using either dynamic names or vba code.
