Hi-
I found a similar post from about a year ago with no replies. I'm looking to create a macro that changes the alignment of the text on the x axis to 'rotate 270 degrees'. Any help?
Thanks.

Can you post a sample workbook with the Textbox highlighted?

Hi jw
Assuming the chart is selected try:
HTHWith ActiveChart.Axes(xlCategory).TickLabels .Alignment = xlCenter .Offset = 100 .Orientation = xlDownward End With
lecxe
Assuming the chart type allows it,
' top left to bottom right ActiveChart.Axes(xlCategory).TickLabels.Orientation = -45 ' bottom left to top right ActiveChart.Axes(xlCategory).TickLabels.Orientation = 45
