Stops charting correct information

I have attached my file that is causing me some trouble. The chart will chart the correct information from the drop down box except for the last 5 enteries. For example, if I choose region I, it will chart the information for Raleigh. Can you please help me with finding the error. Thank you in advance for your knowledge and skill.

In A50, you're looking for an exact match so you need to add a ,0

You also have a few regions out of order across Row 4 (Fort Myers, Fort Smith, and Jackson). They need to be in the same order as your list in column IM.
