Adding Multiple Series to a chart?

I am trying to add about 100 points to a chart, each with a different label. The data is set out as name in column 1, x in column 2 and y in column 3. The only way I can think to do it is to add each one manually as an individual series with series name as column 1. Does anyone know a quicker way?
