    Safety/Accident Tracking

I need to make a chart to track days worked without an injury. I need it easy to maintain and preferably, self supporting. I need it to continually count working days until we have an accident. For example, today is the 1st and we have an accident on the 15th. I need the chart to continue to climb upward everyday until the 14th. On the 15th, we had an accident so it needs to reset itself to zero days on the 15th. Continue to climb day after day until another accident and then reset to zero again. Oh, by the way, it is possible to go 365 days without an injury.

    Thanks for the help.

The forum is meant to help those with problems they can't solve after many trys. You seem to be asking for a complete working solution based on your design specifications. If you have tried and have SPECIFIC problems/questions, then post your work so we can take a look.

    I HAVE TRIED !!

Trouble is it don't look readable. I have changed the X axis to 30 days between points but it does not show very good that we had 69 days prior to an accident. If I remove the Y axis it shows nothing. I'm not happy with the look of it.

    Sorry!

I have changed the chart by:
    1. Replacing the X-axis with dates vs day of the year with dates.
    2. Formatted the Y-axis with count of injury free days
    3. Slightly modified your labels

Awesome Thank you very much, I really do appreciate it. I was totally drawing a blank on to show the Y axis.
