Weekly graph of hires and fires

i am trying to create a spreadsheet that shows the name of employee's there hire date and fire date. I need to display on a graph the number of people that we have and on a weekly basis show how many people were let go. this needs to be all set with formulas so that once the sheet is created that it will not need to be edited.

any assistance would be great.

Try this. I counted those who did not have a fire date during a week period and kept a running total, then counted those who got fired during that week and charted the results. Add a new employee by inserting a new row and the data should keep up to date.
