    2 Data Sets, 2 Charts, 1 Slide?

    Group
I have two sets of data. Composition of a data set goes something like below, sets are shown. I'd like to show a chart that has two lines, one for set 1 and the other for set 2. The x-axis I'd like to show as full months, that is instead of having dd mm yy, show mm yy. The y-axis max for set one is $10,000 and for set two is $100,000. As time goes by the curve declines gradually on one chart. Hope this makes sense. Your assistance can take a lot of numbers and put into a picture for the numerically challenged. Thanks so much.

    Tony

    Set One:
    Kokomo 22 Dec 08 $1000 $10,000
    Kokomo 02 Jan 09 $100 $9,900
    Kokomo 09 Jan 09 $1000 $8900
    Kokomo 13 Jan 09 $500 $8400
    Kokomo 30 Jan 09 $2000 $6400
    Kokomo 11 Feb 09 $10 $6390
    Kokomo 21 Feb 09 $90 $6300
    Kokomo 12 Mar 09 $1000 $5300

    Set Two:
    Indianapolis 21 Dec 08 $1000 $100,000
    Indianapolis 09 Jan 09 $2000 $98,000
    Indianapolis 11 Jan 09 $5000 $93,000
    Indianapolis 15 Jan 09 $3500 $89,500
    Indianapolis 29 Jan 09 $2500 $87,000
    Indianapolis 02 Feb 09 $1000 $86,000
    Indianapolis 04 Feb 09 $9000 $77,000
    Indianapolis 07 Mar 09 $5000 $72,000
    Indianapolis 12 Mar 09 $7000 $65,000
    Indianapolis 19 Mar 09 $3000 $63000
    Indianapolis 01 Apr 09 $6000 $57000

Not sure I following your description.
You mention 2 sets which appear to refer to Kokomo and Indianapolis. But each of these has what looks like 2 sets of data.

Also the xaxis labelling of month/year does that mean that all data points in a single month should align. Or is it that the label should cover all points in a month?

Maybe you could post an example workbook, including data, and draw the chart using autoshapes.
    Cheers

I see what you mean. See the attached spreadsheet and since I'm not an artist, tried to make it as obvious as possible. Bottom line two y-axis's and one x-axis. See attached

You will need to change the layout of your data.
Create a line chart on both series and then select the 1 you want on the secondary axis and use the format dialog to chart axis.
