Need to Insert Labels on Left and Right Hand Side of Graph

Thank you for reading my post.

I have enclosed a spreadsheet which consists of 2 data series and a dummy series. The data labels for the first series are shown on the left hand side. I would like to have the graph show the data labels for the second series on the right hand side. The data lables for the second series are shown under the "Name2" and appear in N14 of the spread sheet.

Can someone please give me a step by step solution?
