    Source data in chart changes

    Hi Guys

I have designed userforms and MI report fetches data from userforms. MI Report contains 3 charts which refer to source data from 3 excel sheets. MY problem is when I select source data of the chart and starts entering the values through userform then the chart displays bars exactly what I wanted.

But If I delete all values from the 3 sheets on which charts are based and start entering the values from userform then it doesn't give me the right result.

I think its about defining named ranges in the charts. I read various topics about dynamic charts but no use. Can anyone please help me out.
If you want I can send you the attachment.

    Regards
    Aman

    Hi Shg

sorry for replying you late.. Actually this was my company project so cann't send you the workbook .Actuallly in chart1 sheet there are 3 charts and the data comes from sheet6,sheet10 and sheet11.
I want to fix the data range to 15 rows always. But when I fix it in source data and run my project then it displays the charts correctly. But when I delete records from the three sheets and run my project again then source data changes too. I want to fix source data to 15 rows always.

Can you please help me out.
    Regards
    Aman

You don't have to post THE workbook; post A workbook that illustrates the problem.

Chances are, it can be resolved with INDEX. Or by clearing the data rather than deleting it.
