Making a chart calculate quantities

Question:

How do I Calculate the amount of data in a column that is within a certain range, and then chart it?

Situation:

Column C lists times of day an order was processed(i.e. , 11:00a, 1:30p, 1:33p, 1:33p, 2:00p,2:30 pm...etc.)
I need a chart that shows that between 11 & 12 there was 1 order processed; between 1 and 2 pm we had 3 orders processed and between 2 and 3 there were 2 orders.

I cant get excel to calculate the number of entries between two ranges.
