    Axis Labelling Problem

Hi all, am new here as a member but your help has been particularly helpful in the past - thank you!

I have a problem now that I can't seem to find in a search and it's doing my head in!!

I have created a simple scatter chart and I want it to read Start, Contact and End across the x-axis, rather than 0, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 etc etc!

It seems like such a simple issue but it's really bugging me now!

    Thanks in advance,

    Sam

If the X axis is categorical then use a Line chart rather than xy-scatter.

    Easy as that!

Thank you very much...as much as I love excel, I often find it difficult to find the answer to a problem if I get into trouble - usually because the answer is that simple!
