Pie Chart Legend Picking Up Blank Cells

I am creating a pie chart from cells that contain formula's, when the formula comes back with a blank value iit appears on the legend, is there anyway that i can get the legend to ignore the blank cells? Or is there anyway that I can get the Pie Chart to plot the series in numberical order so that I can just crop the bottom values. The latter would be a lot better solution as there are some cells that do give a value but have a value of 0.01 which can be dismissed.

Thinking about it, it would definitely be better to have the pie chart having the legend in order from the highest value to the lowest value, that is the issue. Is there anyway for a pie chart's legend to automatiically be sorted from the highest value to the lowest value without altering the original data, as I cant sort that due to them being formulas that remove blank cells from another data range.
