X and Y axes need to be labeled from 0% to 100%

Using this data, I need to create a chart that looks like the image in the jpeg (more or less) - the labels on both axes need to be from 0% to 100%, and it needs to be a curved line chart. I'm using excel 2007. I'm attaching the spreadsheet with the data that the chart needs to be generated from.

    Thanks in advanceProgress Graph_chart.xls

    Hi,

you need to calculate the percentages before you can plot them in a graph.

Divide the accumulated totals for each month by the project total for each monetary value.

You also need to calculate the percentage of the time. In you example chart the completion percentage is shown, but you don't have that. Instead, you have a time scale, but you can calculate the percentage of time spent. Divide the accumulated total of months for each period by the total number of project months.

Then you plot these figures as a XY scatter chart.

I personally would put the expenditure on the Y axis and the time elapsed on the X axis.

See attached example using your figures with Excel 2003, but the same principle should work for 2007 as well.

Thanks so much!! That's what I was thinking I needed to do but wanted confirmation. I appreciate the help, and am sorry for waiting so long to get back to you.
