Bar-Line combo graph

I have a three data points for 2005, 2006, and 2007.

1. 75 Percent
2. Mean
3. 25 Percent

I would like to show the Mean as the bar graph and the 75% and 25% as line graphs without a line, just the data point.

Any help?
