    Consolidate Columns w/ Pivot Chart

I have 15 columns of data that I need to consolidate into 3 via a pivot chart.

The table consists of an equipment code, regular hours that peice of equipment is worked, overtime hours that peice of equipmet is worked. These columns are labled as Code 1, RT Hrs, OT Hrs. There are a total of 5 peices of equipment and therefore 15 columns.

I would like to consolidate this data into a pivot chart so that I can see exactly how many hours each type of equipment is utilized.

I have attached an example to give a visual idea of what I am after. The chart at the top is the data I need to condense/consolidate. The green formatted chart is what I'm after, & the red is what I do not want.

Reformatting the original data sheet is not an option.

    Many thanks in advance....

Okay, so I finally figured out multiple consolidation rages but now I have another issue:

I want to be able to filter according to date, project, or circuit or a combination of all the fields. Because these fields aren't part of the consolidated rages, I'm not having any luck. Is this even possible?

My knowledge of MC PT's is limited and I would strongly suggest you revisit the layout of your source data such that you can generate a standard PT... ie Equip 2 etc section should repeat beneath Equip 1 section the two sections differentiated by a new "Equip" column set to be Equip1,Equip2 respectively and this process being repeated for each equipment section... only then will you be in a position to report with ease.
