Dividing a slice of a pie chart

Hi,

Is there any way to have a pie chart with individual slices further divided? ie. If I want a slice of the chart for each building, and have it all coloured for 100% equity, 3/4 colored for 75% equity, and 1/4 colored for 25% equity.
