X Axis Dates not right on Basic chart using ""

NOt sure how to title this one.

I have a spc chart that brings data in, on the page that chart it, the graph wont work well on the axis, so I tried a formula that I thought would work well. I tried to replace the basic

with something like

if(A1>1,A1,"") 


But the "" or should I say a blank formats the x axis wrong. If I delete any data with the "", the chart is correct. But since this is dynamic chart it doesnt work well. I even tried to use ranges but the "" messes it up. IS there anything else I can use so the final graph will be correct??
