Stacked Column Graph with automatic zero column removal with Row Selection

    Andy/All,

Your help on the original was great thanks, I'd like to know if it can be taken a step further...can the clients be selected? ie each individual clients data be graphed or all??

I've enclosed your original with the added pie chart...I'd like to be able to select from your selected data above (or the original data) and to graph each clients jobs?

    Again I'd appreciate your help!

    Thanks
    Paul

You can use Data validation to allow selection from list.
The use the MATCH function to determine which row of data to use.
Use the INDEX function to return selected clients data.
