Hey there guys,

I'm experiencing some troubles trying to make a summary graph with a pivot table, let me explain:

I have a spreadsheet with data from a pool (using Google Forms): basically each column is a question of that pool and each row is a single answer, i.e.:
[Gender]
Male
Female
Female
I made a pivot tables for each column (i don't know if this is the best pratice - let me know if i'm wrong) so i can create a bar graph with the summary of the responses (a bar with the count of "Male" reponses and another with the count of "Female" responses). Everything is ok so far.

But there are some questions that have a range of answers (i.e.: "Please classify the quality of service:" and the range is 0 to 10). The graph will only shows the bars that exists in the spreadsheet, so if nobody choose the "4" number, it won't appear in the chart - but i do want to show a space "4" even if there aren't any answers. Maybe it's easier if I show an example: http://www.rley.org/lib/exe/fetch.ph...ey_summary.png
Look that in this picture there were no answers for Sun SPARC.

Well, that's it. Hope I made myself clear =D it's been a while since i'm stucked in this little problem, but i can't find a solution to that.
