How to make formula to calculate position per Schedule and actual time

Hi all, this is my thread.

I need to make a chart to calculate the exact position of my sellers at the time I check the sellers locator, actually sellers are having schedule for different sales points, and I want a document which calcualte the time in my computer system and tell where he is exactly now.

My plan is to have one sheet per seller with the schedule in all sales points, then another one with only sales points having a resume from all sellers with the schedule at certain point.

Sellers chart is having the name of points, time to be in and time to be out, next column I put a formula to to calculate if the time now is between the time to be in and the time to be out, then should put name of the seller which is in B4 besides the Sales point name in the resume page which is Sellers Locator'!B11.

Look at my example attached.

This reminds me of a locator program that tracks the specific location of truckers as they deliver their loads around the country. My son is a terminal manager at one of the leading trucking firms and the software is remarkable.
Although Excel is one of most remarkable program's ever written, you may find a canned program out there to meet your needs.
One thing to consider is to carefully consider the micro-manager component of this. Maybe there could be a more compelling and motivating measure that inspires thesales force to get results
