Conditionally highlight bar chart with UCL/LCL

I am using Andy Pope's method to Conditionally highlight axis labels
which works great, but how can I highlight the bars on the chart instead?

As in the attached example, it would be nice to have bar A, G, and J change colors dthey are due to the fact they are either above the upper control limit or below the lower control limit.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Hi Jeffrey,

I used three new columns for three different data series, set to 100% overlap, then formatted the data labels with custom format 0;;; to suppress zero values.

    see attached.

    cheers
