Data Points

I have an excel macro that automatically puts the data point at the last point of the graph, showing the value on the graph itself. (see code below).

My only issue is that the two data points end up overlapping each other making them unreadable. Is there a way, I can space them apart if they are close to each other?

You could test the values and position the labels above and below the point.
