    Bubble Chart - Multiple Series

Hello - if anyone could assist that would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot seem to add additional series into a Bubble Chart. the second series bubbles seem to overwrite, or extend the X-axis values.

I have attached a sample. I have added a comment beside the two rows that I cannot seem to add without screwing-up the chart.

Do I need to set the data set-up in a different format?

I seem to have read somewhere that others had this problem.

    Thanking you in advance?

Simplest thing to do is use the Select Data dialog and assign the correct references.

Re: Bubble Chart - Multiple Series

Hello - thanks for getting back. Pardon for confusion, but I am unclear what you mean simply use Select Data and then use the Dialogue Box. When I click on the chart and then open up with Select Data, I am unclear what to do next....it is this process that I have been using. I am not sure whether it is possible to have multiple sets of Bubbles against an X/Y axis.

Please explain what you mean by Dialogue Box.

    Thanks in advance
    David

If you look at the example file you will see a couple of pictures of the select data dialog and the data selection dialog for a specific series, displayed when you Edit a series.

Just use the 4 range selectors to define ranges for Name, X, Y and sizes.

Hello - thanks for this. It seemed that when I opened the file that you attached initially it did not appear to contain the other series - strange. But I have downloaded and re-opened and it now is apparent.

    Thanks/D
