Histogram from frequency distribution?

I have the following data:

16-19: 6%
20-29: 20%
30-39: 24%
40-49: 22%
50-59: 14%
60-69: 10%
70-79: 8%

How can I chart this into a column histogram using Excel?

Maybe I am not understanding the question, but can't you just make a column chart with the data as formatted to make your histogram? If you don't want spaces between the columns, you can format the data series to set the gap to zero.

Attached is a very basic column histogram with your data.
