Secondary Y axis title and format problem

I need some help again for charting correctly.
I am not able to put a title to my secondary axis.

I have used :

I did not find the correct syntax.
I have also attached the example file, the code is in the WorkBook Open.

I have found the correct syntax, I did forget to put xlValue too.
