Adding extra labels to column chart

I have a stacked column chart that shows run and idle times for a particular machine over the previous week, with one column representing each day. I would like to add a number at the top of each column that gives a numerical total of the run time for the day. I have the data already in the spreadsheet, I just need to know if it's possible to add the labels to the chart.

This is going to have to run on a machine that is running Excel 2003.
