    Gantt Chart Moving Bar with Criteria Conditional Formatting

    Hello Everybody,

    Could anyone pls. help me with conditional formatting in the Gantt Chart. It has certain conditions:

    1. It should highlight the dates between the Start and end date.
    2. The color depends on the criteria:
    Not Started = Red
    In Progress = Yellow
    Completed = Green
    3. The primary WBS (1,2) = It should color in Green the days of completed and yellow the remaining days.

    I've attached a spreadsheet that explains better what I need. Also attached in another sheet is an example for reference that I saw but I cannot copy to my problem.

    Appreciate your help.

    Re: Gantt Chart Moving Bar with Criteria Conditional Formatting

    Hi,

    A friend of mine in the office helped me out with this problem and is now giving the result I want. I'm re-posting the solved excel file for the sake of those who might find this useful. You might need to pres F9 anytime you change the duration days.

    Cheers.
