Drawing a simple correlation chart

Hi Guys,
I have a simple question.

I am trying to figure out for hours how to compare GDP growth to number of IPOs (initial public offerings) from year 2005 to 2011, and present it in a plot diagram.

Attached is the data.

Year GDP per year (%) No. Of IPOs on the GPW

2006 6,5 38
2007 6,7 81
2008 4,9 33
2009 1,8 13
