Bug when manually renaming a legend (case-sensitive)

Hi there,

I have stumbled upon what seems to be a misbehaviour in Excel 2010.
I am running Windows 7 Professional 32 bit.

Description of the Problem:
When I try to manually rename a dataset in an Excel-graph but only change the case of one letter, e.g. from "Test" to "TeSt", the changed name is not applied to the graph / legend after leaving the "change data source" dialog. To change the name of the dataset, I have to completely erase that name and retype it.
This is a very minor inconvenience, I have to admit, but nevertheless I would be interested if you experience the same.

Please apologize for any misspelled / wrongly named dialog titles, etc. I am using a German version of Excel 2010 and I am not sure of the correct counterparts in English.

Certainly looks like a bug, which I will report.
It appears to do a non case sensitive check and wrongly assumes nothing has changes so does not update.
