100% Stacked Column Bar Chart color determined by a cell value

The attached sheet shows time data (in seconds of a day) for a number of julian days which are separated by a value which I want to become that particular bar color; there will only be three in total (Red=1, Yellow=2, and Green=3). I've seen many other examples for differently formatted data streams (rows/columns), but unfortunately I cannot change the layout because of the way the data is extracted.
