I have a spread sheet with lists of people that are broken down by their position.
Example: Manager l Supervisor l Worker l Supplier
I am working in 2003 and would like to list out these names in a Pivot table for the drop down look....but I can only seem to do this with "Totals" for each group. If I just want the list, is there a way to do this, or a better way than a pivot table?
