Using same row labels for multiple column questions

I have a set of data where I have multiple instructors and then responses to 5 questions about those instructors where each answer set consists of the same value choices. I would like to set up a pivot table with an "instructor" filter, the response choices as the row labels and the 5 questions across the columns with each question populating it's individual question. I just keep adding additional subsets to the rows and the wrong values in the columns. I just want it to function more like a traditional crosstab. I'm guessing either this can't be done or it's right in front of my face and i'm just completely missing it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Should be possible, although the layout of your data will dictate what you can do in the table.
