Changing colors of a bar in a chart when the chart catagories change

I have a chart that has specific colors for each of the possible categories in an axis. When the categories change I need the colors to change, based on the new data. In the sheet, I have the specific colors assigned to the cells of the categories. Can someone please help solve this problem for me. I have attached my spreadsheet.
