Smile Added series not showing up on graph

I made my first secondary axis graph for plotting shipping percentages. I'm not sure if I approached it the best way, but I have run into some problems.

To give you some background before we proceed, we basically have on-time, early, or late shipments (initial). However after root-cause analysis (getting to final), we find some shipments were not real, and some are assigned to causality for missed shipment, etc. (i.e. machine was down, or material not available). I want, by date, the initial and final stacked histograms side by side. Obviously a gap between dates is preferred for asthetics, etc.

Now to my problem...As we have developed the processes there are new categories for causality for missed shipments. In my "StackedHistogram" tab in row 2, you'll see three columns I've added. I can see them as a unique series, have assigned the cells needed for that series, but for some reason they will not "stack" w/ the other data for that row. If you look at the graph, you'll see "Sub-contractor" on the correct date, as an orange triangle, but as mentioned before, isn't stacked.

So, my question...how can I add new columns of data (series) to my graph (one located in stackedhistogram tab) and have them plot like the other series on that same row? For example, for 8/6. Initial data is in row 19, and final is in row 20. Again, for row 20 it captures only data from columns C-K, but avoids data from columns L-N.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Bump. Anyone?

What I have is a clustered-stacked histogram. I have modified my data set, and want these new "series" to be added to my chart.

Last 3 series do not appear to be the same chart type.

Also only the Axis series is using an actual date range as the category labels. The others are just sequential so have dates such as 2/jan/1900

Okay, I changed the last three series to the same chart type...thank you Andy!

Now my only problem is aligning the axis with the histograms. Perhaps this is what Andy was talking about in the "category labels?" I do not know how to make these modifications...would someone please explain?

Re: Added series not showing up on graph

Start by showing the labels for the primary horizontal axis and you will see then dates are for 1900's and not 2012.

Use the Select Data dialog and notice the values in the right hand list for the series category labels.
The "Axis" series is the only one using real dates. The other are using default sequential numbering.

So you need to change the category range. Trouble is I can not tell which range you should use. If you use the dates in StackedHistogram!B3:B24 then you will need to add dates to the rows with values but no date.
