Reduce File size due to external tables

Hello and thanks for looking at my thread.

I have a base Excel file that by itself, is only 1.5-2 mg in size. When I link it to multiple external excel tables, my file size increases to about 75-150mg? Is there a way to link to these tables without increasing file size? And if so I need it to be able to.

1) Main File Size Remain 1.5-2mg in size.
2) Main File be able to be saved and move to another machine and then be able to be worked on, as if it was on the original machine it came from.
3) The excel file must be able to pull information from the table (live).

Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated. If there is a way to stay within Excel doing this, it would be great as I don't have Access available at the moment.

I have included an example file, that is greatly minimized in size and detail but should help hopefully what I am trying to do.

Bump for some help.

Also forgot to mention to get the excel file to work correctly, you might have to put both files in a folder called VCF Tables on your C:\ drive so the fields will work correctly.
