    How to get pivot to ignore blanks when drilling down

    Hi all,

    First post so bear with me. I am realling hoping to learn what type of lingo you guys/gals use on this forum so i will be able to search what i am looking for.

    On to my issue:

    Let me simplfy this as much as possible lets assume i have this data:
    1=indicator variable for yes
    --------------Blonde Hair -------- Blue Eyes---------Over five feet tall
    Bob-------------1------------------0------------------------1
    Frank-----------0-------------------0-----------------------0
    Joe-------------1-------------------1-----------------------1
    Sue------------0-------------------1-----------------------0
    Beth ----------1-------------------0-----------------------0

    I can make the pivot table show something like so
    Blonde Hair----------3
    Blue Eyes-----------2
    Over five feet tall---2

    Now my issue when i double click the 3 to see who has blonde hair it opens up all 5 people. How do i get the pivot table to ignore blanks or zeros (which ever i end up doing)

    Let me know how i can improve my posts i tried to simplfy this as much as possible
