anchor an object to a chart

In Excel 2007 I have created an x-y chart in a worksheet. I have drawn a circle around some of the data points.
How can I anchor or pin or group the circle to the chart so that when I move the chart around, the circle stays in the same position on the chart>

The objects need to be embedded within the chart object.
Select the shape, Cut, select the chartobject, Paste. The shape should now be bound within the chart object.

Depending upon your chart/data you might be able to use additional series to draw the circles as part of the chart.
