Question Pivot - Multiple Consolidation Ranges - How to change 'COUNT'?

    Hello all,

Quick question - see the image attached below.

How do I change the count on the pivot to show the text instead of the numbers?

you cannot-the data will always be an aggregated numeric value and not text

Pivots are designed to give you a summary of the data whether it be sums, averages, counts, or what-have-you. If you are looking to organize the data, perhaps a pivot table is not what you need, or you can try pulling the items into the row axis and not as a value.
