Charts with Special kind of Data Label & Explanation. Possible?

Hello

I was looking through the Adidas Annual Report and came across this smart kind of donut chart.

The smart thing about this, is that it give the reader an immediate look at the actual number just next to the explanation.(ex. 30 % - West Europa)
Note that the data-explanation refers to the chart by numbers instead of colors.
I know that this chart was probably made is some visual software, but is it possible to make something like this as a Template for Excel 2010 ??
I am especial interested in having the numbers next to the explanation.

Just add 2 series. The second series data is a repeat of the first.
If you do not assign a range for category labels they will default to 1,2,3 etc.

The legend can be made using cells.

Thank you so much. It is a really clever way you done this.
Perhaps you can help me with 1 more thing?
In the same annual report there is some nice horizontal column charts.
I made some templates inspired by these, but i cant figure out how to get the data labels to align right like they do in the annual report?

When i manual move these, it does not look good, and it does not work good as template.
Is it possible to make this automatic?

Add repeat data series and move to the secondary axis.
format secondary category axis to be in reverse order.
Apply data labels and position Inside Base.
Remove fill and border to reveal series on primary axis.
